Slotted Angle Racks

Slotted Angle Racks are a versatile and cost-effective storage solution used in a wide range of industries, warehouses, retail stores, offices, and even homes. These racks are made from cold-rolled steel angles with pre-punched slots that allow for easy assembly and adjustment of shelves at various heights, depending on storage needs.

The structure typically consists of upright slotted angles, cross bracing, and metal or wooden shelves. They are assembled using nuts and bolts, making them highly customizable and easy to disassemble or reconfigure. This modular design allows users to adjust shelf spacing, add more levels, or expand the rack system as storage requirements change.

Slotted angle racks are available in various sizes, thicknesses, and load capacities, from light-duty to heavy-duty storage. They are often powder-coated or painted for durability, corrosion resistance, and a clean appearance. Accessories like label holders, corner plates, and additional bracing can also be added based on application.

Mobile Storage System

A Mobile Storage System is an advanced, space-saving storage solution designed to maximize storage capacity within a limited floor area. Unlike traditional static racks, mobile storage units are mounted on wheeled bases or tracks, allowing multiple shelving units to move and compact together when not in use. This eliminates the need for fixed aisles, significantly increasing usable storage space—often by up to 50–70%.

These systems typically consist of movable carriages, slotted angle or steel racks, manual or mechanical hand-operated drives, and in more advanced models, motorized or automated control systems. Users can open a single aisle at a time to access specific shelves, keeping the rest of the system compact and secure.

Heavy Duty Pallet Racks

Heavy Duty Pallet Racks are robust and high-capacity storage systems designed to store palletized goods in warehouses, industrial facilities, and distribution centers. These racks are specifically engineered to handle heavy loads, typically ranging from 500 kg to several tons per level, making them ideal for bulk storage of raw materials, finished products, and inventory.

The system is built using upright frames, horizontal beams, and cross bracing, forming sturdy bays that can support multiple pallet levels. The pallets are placed directly on the beams using forklifts or stackers, allowing for efficient loading and unloading. Beam levels can be adjusted in height to accommodate various pallet sizes and load types.

Heavy Duty Pallet Driving System

A Heavy Duty Pallet Drive-In Racking System is a high-density storage solution designed to store large volumes of similar products in a limited space. Unlike selective pallet racking, this system allows forklifts to drive directly into the rack structure to load or retrieve pallets, eliminating the need for multiple aisles and significantly increasing storage capacity.

The drive-in system operates on a Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) principle, making it ideal for products that do not require frequent rotation. Pallets are stored on continuous rails that run deep into the racking system, and each lane can hold multiple pallets in depth and height. For time-sensitive inventory, a Drive-Through version is available, which allows access from both ends and operates on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis.

Long Span Racks

Long Span Racks are medium-duty storage systems designed for hand-loaded storage of bulky or heavy items. They are ideal for storing items that are too large or heavy for standard shelving but do not require palletized storage. Commonly used in warehouses, retail stockrooms, workshops, and industrial facilities, these racks offer a perfect balance between load capacity and manual accessibility.

The system consists of upright frames, horizontal beams, and decking panels (usually made of metal, wood, or wire mesh). The beams are adjustable in height, allowing for flexible shelf spacing to accommodate various product sizes. Long span racks can support loads typically ranging from 200 kg to 800 kg per level, depending on design and material.

M.S. Pallets Racks

M.S. Pallet Racks are heavy-duty storage systems made from mild steel and are specifically designed to store palletized goods in industrial and warehouse environments. Known for their strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness, these racks provide a safe and organized way to store a wide range of products, from raw materials to finished goods.

The system typically consists of vertical uprights, horizontal beams, and cross bracing, forming sturdy bays to hold multiple pallets. Forklifts or material handling equipment are used to place and retrieve pallets from different levels, improving efficiency and reducing manual labor. The beam levels are adjustable, making it easy to reconfigure the rack layout as storage needs change.

Mezzanine Floors

Mezzanine Floors are intermediate structural platforms installed within a building, creating additional usable floor space without expanding the building’s footprint. They are widely used in warehouses, factories, offices, retail outlets, and commercial spaces to optimize vertical space and improve operational efficiency.

Constructed primarily from steel frameworks with decking made of metal, wood, or composite materials, mezzanine floors are designed to support heavy loads, including storage racks, office equipment, or machinery. Their modular nature allows for easy customization and installation to suit specific load requirements and spatial constraints.
